Program Name: Datus Order Status Notifications Effective Date: 8/19/2026
Datus sends SMS text message notifications to existing customers who have opted in, to update them on the status of their order as we manufacture their products (for example, when an order is accepted, completed, or delivered).
You are enrolled in this program only after affirmatively opting in. Enrollment currently happens in person: when you set up your customer account with a Datus staff member, you are asked whether you would like to receive order status text notifications. If you agree, our staff enrolls your mobile number in the program at that time, and you are verbally and in writing informed and acknowledge that message and data rates may apply. No one is enrolled without this affirmative, in-person opt-in.
You will receive up to 3 messages per order (order accepted, order completed, order delivered).

Reply STOP at any time to any message to opt out of further order status notifications. After you send "STOP," we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.
